You can choose any name for your company, but there are two conditions. Firstly, there are some restricted words that either cannot be used or will need a supporting document explaining why the word is needed in the company’s name. The Authorities will then decide whether to allow this or not. Secondly, the company’s name must not be already in use by another entity. The first step of the incorporation process is usually the name check, so that will allow us to know immediately if the chosen name is available.
